I started seeing Doctor Evans here this year. She has been great about taking all of my concerns seriously. I feel very heard as a patient with her, and know that I can trust her to guide me in the right direction. I also really like that she does not try to push medication like some doctors I have had in the past. All of the office staff I have interacted with have been very kind and pleasant and helpful. First visit with Amy Bauer, ANP-BC today I found her to be kind, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and a great listener. Amy answered all my questions, and it was a very good visit. I will be happy to see Amy in the future. The front desk personnel, not so friendly. They were confused about my insurance and visit, and they seemed irritated that I questioned them. I have been in pain for a month now. Getting scheduled to see the nurse practitioner took two weeks and I said I’m in pain and wanted to get in as soon as possible. They told me I need to wait. When I arrived for my appointment, I came an hour early and the nurse practitioner was an Hour late to my scheduled appointment time. They told me to come at least 15 minutes early or my appointment will be canceled and they had no respect for my time. Anyone who wants to be in control of their own care should see Dr. Justin Kim. He is young and believes in PREVENTATIVE care. He is genuinely curious and believes in empowering his patients. Under his care I have healed my fatty liver, gone from prediabetic to not and all of my numbers are trending in a positive direction. He believes in whole body healing. He is an all around great human.
