Great result on cataract surgery from Dr. Emily Ross. Whole thing was very professional. Surgery center great, too. That said, communicating with the place is a real pain. No one ever answers the phone. Sometimes promised call backs don't happen for days particularly with surgery scheduling. Didn't get a warm feeling with my administrative contacts.
