I wouldn’t trust this shop with my bike. I’m a former high end road mechanic of 10 years, and all of the sales associates I’ve talked to there don’t have a high knowledge of bikes. One confused tires with wheels and the other confused spokes with a thru axle. No mechanic on staff and made a 10 min service seem like a big deal. They also aren’t familiar with the fit services offered and badly misquoted me on a fit service. Walked in twice during a 3-week stay in Tucson for a repair. Was helped immediately both times. Besides the fast repair, the mechanic showed me helpful tips how to adjust my derailleur. Great service!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! Today I went for a bike fitting, first time having one done and they were amazing! More than just a bike fitting, James adjusted my cleats and after making all adjustments to my bike he worked with me on obtaining a correct position to minimize injuries. I’m a disabled veteran, left arm amputatee. He pointed out how to maintain balance and body positioning. When we finished, James also set up and synced my Garmin computer to the bike.
