Great service every time I visit. James helped me with a tune-up and was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about what my bike actually needed. Quick turnaround and my bike rides better than ever. Highly recommend! 🚴♂️
Staff and Olive (shop dog) are always helpful and genuinely friendly! Even when backlogged and understaffed (tough for small businesses - good full time staff are expensive), still give me time to talk through and understand whatever issue or product I'm looking for help with, leading me to make the best choice in whatever I'm looking for. This is my go-to bike shop whenever I come to Tucson for spring training camp. The staff is really knowledgeable (has done multiple bike fits for notable triathlon pros) yet very low key and friendly. The prices are very reasonable (despite recent hyperinflation). Most importantly, their service is top notch and quick (they went out of way to fix my issue quickly given my visit to the town was short). It's really great to feel taken care of especially when there is enough stress from solo training camp. Thanks guys!!
I was on the loop and my disc brakes were not working. Very squishy. I stopped in to see if they could do a quick adjustment. The guy doing repairs (I wish I knew his name) told me that the disc brakes I had were meh and I would always have problems with them. Then he educated me on the beauty of hydrolic brakes and how they're functional for months without needing adjustments or new oil. So I went for it and he had them installed in a day. Great experience buying my new bike from Holly. She was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. The bike came with a fit session which James expertly performed.
