I’ve never had an issue with the staff or the services but the only complaint I have is their answering service. You will never get someone to pick up the phone and you have to leave a message and wait. And wait. And wait. For a call back you might get the next day. That’s annoying.
Previously I had been going to the northwest office, wonderful staff, just too far so I switched to st Mary's closer to my house and I LOVE GLORIA, we covered alot, she loves working with and treating diabetes patients and she says she is aggressive. Love this! Very thorough and we see eye to eye on treatment plan, very exciting!
My doctor is getting me on an insulin pump! Im so excited. Nice and helpful staff
I had Dr. Roshanak Habibi she was VERY dismissive and rude. I did not feel welcome, she acted as if I was an annoyance on her day. She did not take my experiences seriously. As a patient you should never feel like a burden and that is how my appointment with Habibi felt. I left the appointment in tears. I will not be returning under her care.
