Left a message for them to return the call over a week ago no one ever responded to my call. If I call directly always place on hold
Horrible experience so far. Was on hold for 46 minutes just to speak to someone about an appointment and they a STILL haven't answered the phone. Absolutely horrible. Do even bother going here if they don't have a moment to answer a phone.
I would give 5 stars if I could. Dr. Habibi has been a godsend for my mother and I (both T1d's) and mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s earlier this year. While the doctor and I do not agree on cholesterol levels, which is extremely important from my perspective, every time I come in and ask for help or want to try something new (inhalable insulin anyone?), she is ready for a new challenge and ready to help trudge through every single one of (our) cornucopia of pre auth issues!! I’ve never had an issue with the staff or the services but the only complaint I have is their answering service. You will never get someone to pick up the phone and you have to leave a message and wait. And wait. And wait. For a call back you might get the next day. That’s annoying.
Previously I had been going to the northwest office, wonderful staff, just too far so I switched to st Mary's closer to my house and I LOVE GLORIA, we covered alot, she loves working with and treating diabetes patients and she says she is aggressive. Love this! Very thorough and we see eye to eye on treatment plan, very exciting!
