The worst and most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had. My first time I went there I was not seen by a doctor. I was seen by a PA who was very nice. Dr. Alster did grace me with his presence in the last two minutes of my visit, which lasted 35-40 minutes, but he never even looked at my wound. The lady at the front window consistently lied to me, which, in my opinion makes her a pathological liar. At the end of the day I was told they could no longer treat me. Everybody has to deal with healthcare providers at one point or another: I wish these people were in charge of all of them. They are amazing. They listen, they're empathetic, they're kind. If you have the need to see them, don't be scared. These professionals care about you. I am so grateful for the the gentle, effective help they gave my family on a day we really needed it most.
Normally very quick and good with me, but my last few attempts to get a hold of doc. Kinda pissed me off. Took a week to get back to me after 6 emails.
