I had a wonderful therapist , Dr.Santos, whom helped me greatly. I would highly reccommend for anyone needing to get anything mental sorted out. I certainly benifited.
Had my initial meeting with Stella Santos Roman. Usually have a good good instinct as I say, lol. I am I felt like a woman very pleased with her, so knowledgeable and made me stay somewhat relaxed, especially since I’ve not been to a therapist and am 67 years old, first time trying it. Second appointment is today can’t wait.
i would like to tell the "powers that be" how happy i am with my first session & the fact that i chose Dr. S. Santos as my therapist. i'm looking forward to continuing with her. she truly cares about her patients. i felt safe & comfortable being with her. Dr. Santos has excellent customer service & i'm a stickler when it comes to the way i am treated. Nicole made my reservation & has wonderful customer service. Dr Malofeeva has been wonderful. I have been seeing her for about 9 months and have really found great progress. My husband has seen other therapists and really liked them
Very annoyed at my experience. I used the online appointment interface to schedule an in person intake session to start some therapy. As I am driving to my appointment I get a call and text saying my telehealth appointment is about to begin. I know for a fact I scheduled in-person. When I get there I call my doc to confirm that this was the case. She says she doesn’t do any in-person visits even though on the scheduling platform it says both options are available to schedule.
