Horrible experience with their wilmot location, not recommend at all.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. LYING, UNPROFESSIONAL THEIVES!!! Haven't worked with them in well over a year. Recently, they took money, illegally, out of my account claiming my insurance rejected the payment. Never once have they sent me a bill or notice. I never signed anything that gave them permission to charge my account or store my payment information. Don't use rahul! He lied on his treatment recommendation saying that I said things I didn't and he lied about his treatment plan telling me one thing then recommending something completely different. He doesn't even discuss the topic of referral, just talks about tv shows and anything to pass the time.
My therapist retired from Tucson Counseling after seeing him for a year. After that things went downhill fast. I found a new therapist, Rahul Sivaprasad who took my insurance and was also one of the therapists working at Tucson Counseling. It was a major pain just to get my website portal setup correctly so he could be added to it. This place really needs to iron out their horrible web-app system, account creation and online access.
