I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from Tucson Tint. I was surprised when they offered a same-day appointment. When I called to get a quote on window tint . I was so happy with my experience here. I may consider doing the ceramic coating in the future. I really appreciated the fact that you let me do a lighter tint on the windshield then usually recommended as I don’t like the super dark tint. . The manager Marc was very responsive to my needs. My expectations were exceeded!
I’ve had 3 cars tinted here and I have received excellent service each time. They are very fast and efficient, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Whenever I get a new car, I will come back to this location. Definitely get your car tinted here.
They damaged my car seat and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Made us wait over an hour to talk with a manager. Owner would not talk to me. We just bought this car last week. If you damage something you should fix the damage. Sad company and bad service.
