Sue Ellis and I celebrated with a milk shake today because Tucker Plumbing,2915 South Harbor City Blvd., had a toilet tank top replacement in a fair price and great service. Thank you for honest folks out there!
Wow. $1,000 to repair a leak in the slab. Clear shot down in a hallway not a footer. $350 to find the leak which consists of putting an "X" on the carpet/floor one day and then calling the plumber to do the job. $50 for use of a jackhammer (not considered labor) and took 5.5 hours to repair 2 one foot section in the same hole. Worker also ran and got cigarettes while on the clock. Unreal. At these rates I will start my own business repairing leaks in the floors
They came to unclog a toilet. They were in my house no more than 10 minutes, used an auger to clear the blockage Charged me $125. Even the service rep that did the job was shocked by the price. He told me he talked them down from $150. A call to the office to speak to the owner was unproductive. He was arrogant, insulting and very unconcerned. He charged me $350 for one hour's labor! I had my own hot water heater. Tucker even said sometimes someone's hot water heater install takes only 20 minutes and he still charges $350 to install their heater! Rename Tucker's Cut-Throat Rate Plumbing.
I called Tucker late Friday and he sent two men on Saturday morning. Very professional and proficient in their work. Awesome work ethics. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
Worst service and worst customer service you will get from the girl at the fromt desk with a bad bad bad attitude For sure she aint getting my business
