I called this company asking for help as the shopping cart was adding more than one item to my cart-in some cases as many as 20+ times I had 99 items in my cart. The woman I spoke to was very cavalier and really couldn’t have cared less about the problem I was having. She said they couldn’t help and had no access to assist. I asked if she’d consider giving me a promo code for all the trouble I’d had and she said they didn’t have any coupon promos so no she couldn’t. Ordered a shirt to take on vacation. Paid for two day shipping. When I received the shirt it was the wrong size. I ordered the medium and they sent an X-small. I tried to call customer service, got an automated response. Was able to speak with someone on chat service and she informed me they were currently out of stock. Not the greatest experience for a first time shopper with this company. Maybe I will have better luck next time.
