I very seldom write bad reviews, but this jewelry store deserves one from the moment I walked in I regretted it was treated with dirty looks and and rudeness I understand now why it’s a failing jewelry store not sure if the gentleman who was there was the owner if he was very unprofessional I don’t plan on ever going back again and I definitely don’t recommend anyone stopping here. Do not waste your time.

Without doubt, this jeweler knows what he is doing. In fact, he is a complete gentleman and very professional. He listens and offers the best approach to fix my watches at different times at reasonable price. Above all, the jeweler performed the work promptly and timely as promised. The store is also easily accessible from Route 130 North, very clean, neatly arranged and tidy. I hereby highly recommend Tuckers’ Custom Jewelers for all wrist watches fixes and needs.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude. From the minute I walked in, I got a really cold vibe. I went in to get a new ring setting I purchased online evaluated and to get some education on ring width and durability since I was having second thoughts if I went too thin with my band and this store was local.
