Went in to shorten a bracelet and ended up getting 2 done. Great rates, bought the scraps back and got my pieces back in about an hour. Good customer service, nice work. Will definitely be returning soon!
I have lived in the area for a long time but never thought to try this place out. I needed a battery for a watch so walked in without an appointment and the gentleman working there (who turned out to be the owner), dropped what he was doing and took care of my watch while I waited. The guy is a true pro and had me out of there in 10 minutes, including adjusting the band. I'm kicking myself for not trying them out sooner. Highly recommend them.
I very seldom write bad reviews, but this jewelry store deserves one from the moment I walked in I regretted it was treated with dirty looks and and rudeness I understand now why it’s a failing jewelry store not sure if the gentleman who was there was the owner if he was very unprofessional I don’t plan on ever going back again and I definitely don’t recommend anyone stopping here. Do not waste your time.
