Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth. Does this provider treat every client equally? Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This veterinarian always sends reminder cards for pets annual exams and in addition to this we always look forward to receiving the adorable cards they send out during the holidays. We settled on TR after trying others – What's best about TR is not what's immediately obvious. We've been clients over 20 years and have found the vets, especially Dr. Tom to be very practical in their approach. At other offices we have had the experience of being encouraged to spend huge amounts on heroic efforts to prolong the lives of animals for very, very short periods of time at great expense to us. Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up? No, I've even asked them to do it and they always forget.
