The staff here is terrible. You can barely get through when you call. Leave voicemails and they won’t call you back. Also, when they do call you back after multiple attempts and different ways of attempting contact, they have an attitude and will hang up on you. I don’t recommend this establishment, especially if you have a family member with any form of dementia. Absolutely horrible!
All of these 5 star reviews are from people who haven’t experienced the withdrawal of Dr. Kernodle’s reckless overprescribing of benzodiazepines…yet. How he is even still allowed to practice is horrifying. THERE’S A REASON OTHER PROFESSIONALS WON’T PRESCRIBE LONG TERM BENZOS! I went into withdrawal because I was uneducated on how benzos can kill you if not tapered off correctly! Dr K has changed my life in one visit, extensive knowledge, and a well thought out treatment plan. I appreciate that he thoroughly understands medications and their uses and needs. Thank God for Dr. Kernodle. When I go to my appointments, he himself come to get me and put his hand on my shoulder and always ask me how I am doing. The meds have beed working for years, he actually ttaught my some things, gave me his book to read for free as my treatment and after following his direction, he actually was able to decreas my meds. What a blessing from God this man is.
