We’ve had a great experience renting from Tucker Property Management over the past 7 months. Tom and his team are extremely responsive and have handled the few issues we’ve had in our unit quickly and professionally. We also requested to rent a washer and dryer, and Tom went above and beyond by having brand new units delivered and installed for us, which we truly appreciated. I've been renting from Tucker Property Management for almost a year now. Tom is a flexible and very responsive landlord. Its been a great experience. We had a leak in our unit and discovered it was from the a/c condensate line. I emailed Tom on a sunday night and it was fixed the next day. Thank you!

ZERO stars. THIEF! Stole my deposit and refused to return it after I did not approve the unit. It clearly states on his website the 100% guarantee of full return of deposit of unit if not approved. Dirty, old building with pests and poor fixtures. Do NOT do business with this piece of trash.
