Ben came down immediately when we couldn’t figure out our filter and pump issue. Fixed it instantly. They are the absolute best. Wouldn’t do business with anyone else!
This day and age it seems that customer service is a thing of the past. No one cares enough to go above and beyond to please a customer or to provide great service to retain a customer for the future. I just want to say after a many horrible experiences with Tarson pools we love Tucker’s! Ben, Tommy and the tucker staff have been so helpful, reliable, skillful, and trustworthy. They know their customers and go above and beyond. Its so nice to have nothing but pleasant experiences after so many negative experiences with another local company. I know I can count on them to do things right. I HIGHLY recommend them. I wish I would have used them for our pool install 4 years ago. Great customer service
After a horrible experience with another local pool installer and supplier we switched to using Tuckers. We have been happy ever since! We had solar panels installed for our in-ground pool and they met and exceeded our expectations and even better is that the price was fantastic! We have used Tuckers for pool closings, supplies, advice, and service. Its so nice to finally have a company we can rely on and trust. Had my spa go down in sub freezing temps. Ben was unable to get parts fast enough but let me know what to do to keep from freezing. Parts came in Ben came out and worked through the issues and got me back up and running in 2.5hrs. Something the local dealer wanted nothing to do with. Tucker backyard will get all me patronage going forward. Great job done.
Pools are just a lot of maintenance and there are always little things that need to be managed. Ben and team are just great at handling all the "stuff" in a timely manner, which allows you to ENJOY your pool and spend more time relaxing rather than working. They are also very fairly priced and reasonable compared to others I have worked with. I would highly recommend Ben and Team to help you with your new or old pool needs!!
