Unhelpful, rude , apparently don’t stock basic chemicals.
They are absolutely wonderful there! They take the time to answer all your questions, try to work on parts,give you suggestions, and soooo very friendly and helpful!
This is what our brand new pool liner looks like! They installed it and put the cover on last fall when I specifically asked them not to put the cover on before I saw the new liner. When I opened my pool this is what it looked like! I have called repeatedly and they keep telling me they are going to come up and fix it, but they have not showed up yet!

Left my contact on 6/8. Was told schedule are done during the week so someone will text/call me back. Almost 2 weeks later, still have not heard back. I guess if they can’t pronounce your name, they don’t want your business. Ok by me...next.
Beautiful job installing winter cover. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We couldn't be more pleased. We will continue to have Tucker supply all of our pool needs.
