Tuckers Back yard is definitely not a place to do business I totally agree the Owner Ben has no clue on how his Manager Tom is putting his business in the ground they set up services on your pool,hot tub etc. And do not follow thur on them you spend over 10,000.00 on there product and cant get them to come out and service it Well I have called ,and called for over a month Tom has lied to me, my husband ,and has all the staff lie as well They started my repair and I am still waiting NOW I will be contacting their supplier for... read more
This business is awful. They are happy to get your business but terrible in all other aspects. We needed a new pool liner. When the liner finally came in- they told us we didn't take priority people having new pools did. Then after the liner was finally put in and there was a problem- they have NEVER COME BACK TO LOOK AT THEIR POOR INSTALLATION. You call- leave messages and no one returns your calls. Unhelpful, rude , apparently don’t stock basic chemicals.
They are absolutely wonderful there! They take the time to answer all your questions, try to work on parts,give you suggestions, and soooo very friendly and helpful!
This is what our brand new pool liner looks like! They installed it and put the cover on last fall when I specifically asked them not to put the cover on before I saw the new liner. When I opened my pool this is what it looked like! I have called repeatedly and they keep telling me they are going to come up and fix it, but they have not showed up yet!
Been meaning to post this for a week- our new liner looks great thank you!
