I absolutely loved it here! The space was huge and very comfortable! So easy to find especially due to the directions on the Virtual Front Desk that Kasa has for the guests to use. Everything was provided that we needed! Thank you Kasa for a great vacation stay!!!
Booked a stay for a few friends and myself, attempted to cancel and request a refund after my father was scheduled for an emergency open heart triple bypass surgery during the time of the trip. I put this refund request in 4 days prior and I'm cognizant that it's not on good notice, but an emergency doesnt come with any notice. I was reached out to by someone from their "Guest Experience" team and took the time to include this information in my refund request and it was denied.
