Terrible website, avoid this company at all cost! I purchased a product back on the 9th of December which I was instantly charge for but was never sent any email confirmation. I still have not received this item and have tried multiple times to contact them however they are no longer replying to my messages. At this stage I’ve given up on receiving this product and simply want a refund of my purchase.
Brandy Alvis, who owns tucked in stole about $5000 from me. I paid for mattresses and movable bases back in March of last year and have yet to receive those beds. I have contacted her, asked for at least the money back and she absolutely refuses to give it back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HER OR THIS STORE! She refuses to answer my emails and will not work with me in anyways over this matter. She is a thief!
