Tuckaway and Climatestorage kept my deposit after sending me a text I successfully moved out. Dan@foxvalleystorage.com swept dirt back into my unit after I brought it to his attention I hadn't received my deposit. Then Jered Van Lanen the owner post because you resweeped your unit we will send your deposit. The unit was clean the day I moved out and I never reswept anything. We rented from them for over 5 years with 3 price increases. Anyways we bought a house and we were out of the storage unit by 11/15. I was waiting for our deposit and it has now been a month and a half later. I called JERRY, who says he supposedly sent it, and I would have to wait 90 days to see if check showed up or not OR he could charge me $25.00 to stop payment on check.
