Edit: Pedcor replied here to make it look like they are trying to fix the issue. They know that what I've listed is a problem. They know they're in the wrong, and as of now, their reply regarding the correction of my grievances is strictly performative. This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The front office does not handle any issues. I complained to them several times about excessive noise from my upstairs neighbors and they said there was nothing they could do about it if it was between the hours of 8am-11pm. However, the noise was before and/or after those hours as well. I basically got to sleep when my neighbors did and it was not much and it was always random hours of the night. Pedcors management of the property while I stayed here was irresponsible and outright negligent. I spent over five months from my year long lease with a constantly reappearing, soccer ball sized mold bloom in the frequently ballooning drywall above where my bed. They refused to actually fix my unit while I was living there, and they refused to give me a new unit or even a discount on my time there. I was charitable in letting this slide.
