We tried to help our employee, who was in desperate need of an apartment, find a place in a tax credit property. During the tour, we spoke to Christian who told us that the rent for a 2 bedroom was one price but if they qualified under certain income limits, they would be charged 60% of that amount. Quite frankly, this made sense, as there are several places in Leander way nicer than this for the same price. We submitted all of the paperwork and proof of income. Deepa their leasing agent is amazing! So sweet and attentive. She brings a very positive and friendly vibe to their feature and present tenants. She worked as hard and quickly as she possibly could to get us into our apartment by July 1. The manager Jodi is also very sweet as well. It’s very quiet here which we like a lot. The pool is never crowded which is nice and we always have a washer and dryer to use in the laundry room until we get our own. Our apartment was so clean and look brand new when we moved in! Deepa has exceptional service and answered all of my our questions with the upmost respect. Deepa is very kind and compassionate and she truly cares about the tenants. Deepa has had to deal with the back and forth with housing but is very prompt when receiving updates in updating us. The only issue we’ve had were the plumbing issues which should have been fixed prior to having any tenants move in to reflect professional level of service which was not Deepa’s fault but the failure of management having the apartment move in re... read more
