So far so good New to the area but so far so good. Got me in same day i called. Close to my house so my cat doesn't get to stressed or car sick. Got what i needed and cheaper then the 2 other places i called.
Excellent staff, terrible manager! The doctors and staff are so friendly and always found a way to help me understand and to find a solution. I have no complaints on them they are excellent, but they unfortunately work for a women who doesn't care about our pets and only is interested in money! She over charges, & don't offer any kind of help with payments or something. She is rude. They are great! They take great care of the animals when they are in their care. They always have treats and make sure the dogs or animals are comfortable.
very satisfied!!!!!! I am very satisfied with this animal clinic.....I have been taking my cats there since 2000.....one of the receptionists, Travis, went out of his way to deliver prescription cat food to me on the east side after I lost my car (I am pretty sure it was his own time and gas money too)....the staff is always very professional and courteous....I would recommend this clinic to any animal lover.
horrible I would not reccomend going to this clinic! the "receptionists" dont have any idea what they are doing, they def. need some trainig in customer service
Went out of their Way! I would have to disagree with the previous review - The receptionist that I delt with went out of his way to go pick up special cat food for my cat at a different clinic in Tosa. This was in the last hour of business on a Friday evening so that I could pick it up the next morning on Saturday. I expect that the receptionist aren't going to know everything, that's the vet's job.
Great Vet and very knowlegeable. I have been taking my lab here for a few years now and the staff at Tuckaway Vet is great. They caught a parasite in my lab that 3 other vets missed. I would stand by this vet over any other vet I have been to. I would recommend this vet to anyone for their dogs.
Clean, friendly, and expensive After my previous vet shut the door in my face upon my approach (quite literally), I had my cat's prescription filled through Tuckaway and have been going there ever since (2001). I now take all 4 of my cats there. The vets are always offer a thorough explanation, and treat me and my felines with compassion and respect. However, they are pricey. Great Vets and Staff I have been taking my pets there for years and I have to say that the staff there is very compassionate. My 1 cat was diagnosed with diabetes a little over 1 yr ago and they have helped with diabetic teaching and also how to maintain his health. They prices for special food and medication/supplies are low compared to other animal hospitals in the area. Would and have recommended them to anyone I know that has a pet(s).
