They have excellent sods and they have home delivery, depending on quantities.
We are here for a soccer tournament. Tuckahoe has failed to provide a good surface. The fields were worn out by the end of day 2. On day 3, players struggled to keep their footing and the ball would not bounce true due to clods of turf divots across the field. Day 4 was like an ice rink for the boys. I expect the finals tomorrow will be even worse. Clearly, this turf is not grown for high use applications. Admittedly, we have played soccer here ~5 years ago and it was fine. Something is clearly different this year.
