I just had an excellent experience at the Avalon Tuckahoe bike shop. I was buying a new bike and they set it up for me and were very efficient and accommodating to make sure it was right. They are letting me test ride it for a few days to be sure it is right. They also quickly mounted a kick stand and water bottle holder for me. It is a wonderful bike and a great customer service experience. They also noticed I needed new handle bar grips on my old bike and they installed those as well. I highly recommend this shop. Brought my bike in yesterday to your Avalon store to have a tire and tube replaced. Had the opportunity to have both of your technicians, Joe and Jermey work on my bike....both were knowledgeable and were most happy to answer any and all my questions. I found them to be polite, friendly and to be commended on their work ethic and customer service. Stopped in for a repair and the staff couldn’t have been nicer to help and did it immediately. Very knowledgeable bike staff at Tuckahoe.
