The customer service here is genuinely amazing. Sawyer and everyone else were so beyond helpful both times I came in to rent a road bike this summer. I also talked to Sophie and one other girl from the main location over the phone who were so so helpful. They go above and beyond to make your experience the best, they’re very personable, and they are so kind! I seriously am so impressed with this shop and the people.

Tuckahoe was a lifesaver for me today! What an awesome and friendly establishment…A nice gentleman (assuming owner) put air in both my tires and lifted my seat. When I tried to pay he wouldn’t let me…extremely kind!
I had a specialized mountain bike that was in serious need of repair. I Thought it might need to be trashed. Sawyer from Tuckahoe bikes in Avalon New Jersey, hooked the bike up and made it like new. Replaced all of the gearshift lines, derailer, grips, etc and made adjustments. Bike is like NEW!! highly recommend this shop over any others on 7 mile island. Bought a beach cruiser for my wife as well service here is top notch.
