Want to thank Spencer, who helped me out today. Out riding, had an issue thought I’d drop my bike off for service. When I arrived, Spencer stopped what he was doing and took care of my bike. I was able to ride it home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great service. Every time I go to tuckahoe bike shop, I have found the experience similar. Anything I’ve needed they’ve had in store and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
The customer service here is genuinely amazing. Sawyer and everyone else were so beyond helpful both times I came in to rent a road bike this summer. I also talked to Sophie and one other girl from the main location over the phone who were so so helpful. They go above and beyond to make your experience the best, they’re very personable, and they are so kind! I seriously am so impressed with this shop and the people.

Tuckahoe was a lifesaver for me today! What an awesome and friendly establishment…A nice gentleman (assuming owner) put air in both my tires and lifted my seat. When I tried to pay he wouldn’t let me…extremely kind!
