Very professional...I called, and they were here the next morning with a quote. They started working the next day and finished within 2 days. They installed a 6 ft privacy fence, with gates for our car. Fast, very efficient, professional, and did an excellent job. Would hire for future projects. Very happy with all aspects of their work.

We were lied to from start to finish. "We'll be there by 7 am", didn't show up until after 8. "I'll be done by 1 pm", tile laid but not grouted until close to 8 pm. "I'll come back, it'll be ready to grout at 3 pm." At 3 pm, "it's not ready to grout now." "I'll be back by 6:30." Did not come back until close to 7. "It'll only take 15 minutes to grout," did not finish until almost 8 pm. "The grout will be dry in 15 minutes, you can walk on it then, you don't need to seal the grout." This review is totally unreasonable. The morning in question it had snowed all night, there were cars off the road, making traffic very slow, and we still arrived before 8. I told them we would "be done tiling by 1", not with the entire job. They were going to remove the toilet, but removed the toilet for them and did not charge them for its removal, and the extreme cold made the tiling go slower than normal. They also had selected a style that took longer to do than normal tiles. We went back at 3 to grout but the porcelain... read more
Brian did a fantastic job installing two large log mantles to my solid brick fireplace. He was professional, prompt, and thorough. He is working on some other creative remodel ideas for my house. He can do it all!
