The woman I talked to was unprofessional and very rude. I feel like she doesn’t want her job and I hope she finds a job she really like. I hope they hire better people to handle customer service. Very very sad.

Fortunately I filed a lawsuit against this pair of harpies soon they will be called to testify. The two women who work here are liars, mocking idiots, apparently they are mentally ill because of these idiots, everything was complicated from the beginning. I don't understand the idiot who hired them. They are a shame for this country, they should go to their fourth country where they come from
