Nancy, the receptionist was so incredibly rude. I was so shocked. She made snarky little comments throughout my interaction with her and yelled at me when I didn't know what tests they offered. She also snapped at me saying, "Well what test do you want then?!" Seems like this isn't a new issue but it's disappointing since this TB clinic is an amazing community resource and you're greeted in such an ill manner.
Always a quick and easy process. Was disappointed when the skin tests stopped but realizing the blood test is an even easier process along with it not being required as frequently for my program...5 stars all around!

My wife and I went to the TB Clinic for a routine TB test required for work, and we were absolutely shocked by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the front desk staff, particularly a woman who seemed completely uninterested in helping us.
