The service at the Birmingham location is terrible they have a manager name Darius Perkins who is very disrespectful and rude . Wears his pants down and don’t have good customer service skills at all. Very poor service
Nothing says good business practice like forcing clients to deal with your office off location. People on the phone don't know the products. We are looking for alternative sources for materials now. I get there's a pandemic, but forcing customers to jump through extra hoops just drives us away. If we HAVE to use the phone, hire someone ON SITE per location, and maybe get them comfortable with the products you're actually selling, because every time we call in, the person on the other end has problems locating or understandin... read more
