I will generously give 1 star. I walked in behind a man who was spoken to very rudely by an employee. I was then greeted with a smile. The man behind me was spoken to like he was an idiot, he was degraded not once but twice but an employee. The only difference between me and these other 2 was the color of our skin. And I was NOT about it. If I could have found my part somewhere else I would have left. Great replacement engine cradle, rust free, excellent packaging and freight shipping and delivery. Will use again for sure.
Always have what I need. The guys always take good care of me and always do me right on prices. If I need some parts I always check here first! If they don't have it they will steer you in the right direction. Good people!!!

Called to find a radio for my 4runner and had it in stock. Told them i loved in Richmond and they didn't want me to drive an hour and a half to find out it didn't work. They found other yards closer to me that had what i wanted. Other yards i checked near me just said they dodn't have one. I recommend these guys 100 percent. Got back woth me fast with me fast for each question i had.
