This is one of my favorite Skokie Restaurants. Food is wonderful and authentic and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable- I recommend it highly!!
Typically when I go to Tub Tim Thai the food is really good, however when we went yesterday it wasn't so good. I ordered Pad Thai and it was over cooked & slightly mushy. Good flavor but overcooked. My husband and daughter shared a Crab fried rice, which they both felt it smells scorched and didn't taste like normal. The service & Thai Ice teas were good and the 15% off was pretty good too but overall it was just OK.
The foods are good,and the staff's are friendly,every visit Chicago were always been there

I'm sorry to hear that, could you tell us what item that we served, because that day we served out almost 500 items out and most customer they love us because we don't do too much greasy and not too much salty either. So we want to know which items that you got, so we can improve the problem.
