What a wonderful place!!! – TUANA HAIR DESIGN offers a great salon experience from start to finish (seriously, go in the morning and begin with a cup of their delicious coffee!) The staff is friendly , professional and aims to please. The space is serene, stylishly decorated and very clean. I get my cuts and highlights from Ergun, and he does a fabulous job every time.Thank you TUANA :)))
The Perfect Salon – Tuana Hair Design is a fantastic salon. I saw that I had only rated it "average" and wanted to correct that and let Denver know it's AWESOME! Terrific salon – The stylists at the TUANA HAIR SALON are phenomenal. I have gotten my hair cut twice there, and each time TUANA amazed me with their ability to sculpt, style and work with my hair so that it fell beautifully naturally and was easy to style with the option of dressing it u it up for fancy occasions. Best color ! – I have been going to Murat for a while now and he is just amazing. I have so much confidence in his experience and style that I always let him do whatever he wants and I always come out looking amazing! Great Hair !!! – I have had some bad experiences with my hair in the past and TUANA HAIR DESIGN turned that around for me. The services are great. I have had several people ask me where I get my hair done as they like it so well. TUANA offers BEST service you may be looking for. I have never left unhappy. The salon and everyone that works there is the best.!!!!
Worst hair experience of my life... – left the salon in tears and haven't done that since I was 16 (20 years ago). Gave the stylist specific requests (i.e. keep length as I have a wedding coming up....and am the BRIDE...and want my length KEPT) but he ignored me, cut layers upon layers upon layers, cut ALL the length off, so much that I can no longer even put it in a pony tail. I felt he was trying to be too creative and give me the syle HE wanted. I would never recommend the male stylists/owners of this salon.
Responding to Color service – Tuana is aware of the complaint regarding the blue highlights. We would like to make it clear that the client was fully aware of the maintenance required to maintain the vibrancy of such a bold color. That is why they bought the bumble and bumble shampoo and conditioner recommended by the stylist to best maintain the color. They are right, what do you know? – Going to this salon may seem like a hip experience. Just don't have any problems with them or they will try to put you in your place! In all their Bumble and Bumble training I wonder if they forgot the lesson on customer service and customer appreciation. I think the words "I am sorry" or "I want to make you happy" have ever been spoken there, or even "we can take care of that'. Love Chanda – I followed Chanda here from Crush and was really impressed with the salon - everyone is friendly and as usual got a fantastic cut from Chanda. I'll definitely go back.
