My husband and I both see Adam Berens, and he is truly the best provider we have ever had. Recently, my husband went through a medical issue and having Adam as our provider made an incredibly stressful time feel more manageable. He listened closely, took our concerns seriously and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. We never felt brushed off or rushed and that meant everything to us. My wife and I been seeing Doctor Berens for over a year now and he is the best medical practitioner that we have ever had. We are so great full for him and the staff.
Always listens and makes certain he’s available when needed.
This is not a real medical facility. It has no connection to Legacy (nor do they have jurisdiction) and apparently only rents out space in their parking lot. After having switched insurance providers at the end of the year, I made an appointment for 1/3 with nurse practitioner Adam Berens. On that visit no progress was made regarding a hip injury (to the internal right side of my iliac crest) I sustained back in mid August of '22 working out, where the visit amounted to mostly talking about feelings. I read the response from the owner/administrator and it is interesting. This was a weird experience.I called and asked for an appointment. They said a nurse practitioner was there and could handle my care. I was assured of this. I scheduled and went. The provider let me talk and cry for 30 minutes. Physically, I felt pretty bad for today because of a flair. At the end, he said my case was too complex. No they didn’t charge me. I’m so fatigued from this appointment. It is certainly not patient centered. This was distressing.
