Dr. Tu speaks both Chinese and Enlish. The facilites are very new. Now sure how good is her skills because I only did the regular cleaning in her clinic. My teeth need deep cleaning but she wouldnt waive the co-pay for me although my insurance will pay 80% of the charge. Then I went to another dentle office for the deep cleaning. I gave her 4* on Customer Service because she always teaches me something everytime I visit.
The most outstanding character of Dr. Tu is her dental skills. She is very well-trained and experienced. Her work is alway perfect and 100% to my satisfaction. She is also very nice and understands the patient's needs. She helps deal with the insurance when insurance rejects my claims by mistake. The dental office is nice, clean, and pleasant. The staff are diligent and friendly. Try them yourself and you'll like it
Dr Tu has opened her own practice after several years at another office. She is experienced, courtious, freindly and GENTLE, concerned for your comfort. Staff was excellent. High tech, very comfortable office and she is widely available taking appointments on Saturday too! She got me in right away. Her office is in the Mira Mesa medical mall at Camino Ruiz and MiraMesa Blvd with plenty of parking. I highly recommend.
Dr. Tu is experienced, professional, friendly and caring. I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.
Dr Tu is a nice, skillful, responsible and experienced dentist. She checked very carefully and gave me a treatment plans to selection according to my bad teeth. She did great job for my teeth fillings and the price is reasonable. I am enjoyed and appreciated
