I would give less stars if I could. I’m traumatized by this doctor. I have an eating disorder (even though I’m fat). When I told him I couldn’t eat he laughed and said, “then why did you gain 10 pounds?” When I told him I didn’t like what he said he rolled his eyes and laughed at me again. “Okay, so you’re not coming back to see me? This review is about my initial experience trying get an appointment with Dr. Truong. I have yet to meet Dr. Truong, last week I attempted to get an appointment with his front office staff. They rudely let me know that I had the wrong insurance provider so I called up the help line at Aetna and they changed the provider to the one requested by Dr. Truong’s office. Staff/doctor unable to file a routine blood test with insurance correctly, and refused to refer me to outside providers for ailments outside of his expertise.
