They were SO rude to me today. I never been here, I go in , I am the ONLY customer at 10am on Saturday morning and I ask for "cat eye" nails they tell me $$$80 dollars!!! Oh my god, I say do I get hand massage , she say NO....no smile, no kindness, no nice talk, looking at my fat legs up and down and talking bad about me to other workers...treat me very bad. ~I leave she say "thats ok" ~No maam, thats NOT OK, you be nicer to customers you lazy and mean! I came here a few times. The first two times and the last time they did a good job. But they have a bad customer service. They do not know how to properly welcome people. Usually when you get your nails done , you feel relaxed. But here, the atmosphere is just not welcoming, unfortunately. Even when they cannot make it , they do not even say sorry or anything. I’ve been to Tu’s many times with family and friends. Their work is always excellent and the environment is clean and calm. I especially appreciate their treatment of my son when he wants his nails done. Other establishments have acted somewhat judgmental because he’s male. Tu’s has been nothing but accepting and he always makes sure we go back there.
