Decent selection, but man oh man, is their shipping department in need of an overhaul. Ordered a small in stock part, and it took them 10 days to get it into the hands of the USPS. If the item arrives on time it will have taken them 13 days from the initial order to ship a small box from southern CA to northern CA.
I’ve been working with TTS products for over a year and a half now, and as a returning customer I can’t say enough good things about their sales and service department. Felipe in particular has always been helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I just picked up my fifth or sixth order from them, and they’ve also serviced multiple extractors for me. Five stars all around.
Service you can trust TTS is a lifesaver for tool repairs. I needed a trigger valve for an original Bostitch N80 and they had it in stock. Huge thanks to Phil for being so helpful on the phone and in person. Special shout-out to Brett—the guy is an absolute expert.
