Took a couple of Stihl chainsaw's in to be serviced, one just wouldn't stay running and the other one had a broken rubber mount, and just needed a tune up, I was told the carburetor was no longer available for the song that wouldn't stay running, and that the mount housing for the rubber mount was broken and that they would not be able to fix them I get them home take them apart myself because I normally work on my own stuff I just don't have time this year and I find that the rubber Mount was bad the housing was not broken ... read more
I called November 13, 2023 about how to purchase a hard-to-find Stihl 462CM. The salesman said he wasn't sure but he talks to the Stihl supplier on Tuesdays and he would call me back after he found out how to get one. Thinking since I cut wood weekly, it would be nice to get that call any time now. It's July 2024 and still don't have the Stihl. Maybe they have a ton of dough and don't need a $1400 sale??

So tried to bring in a set of blades to be sharpened told me it would be by the end of the week before they can sharpen a set of blades, pretty pathetic in my opinion
