My phone fixed and I’m happy

The gentleman at the counter was very polite but he unfortunately did not fix my phone and he gave me a bad battery . The calibration of my phone was all off and it is now unusable I tried to get my money back for the battery but he told me he would put a new one in the phone that had an unusable screen but I didn’t want him to open my phone back up considering I couldn’t trust him with my phone anymore .
