My daughter recently had her top wire come lose and it started poking her cheek. We called at 4:57 on a Friday to ask them for a when we come in to get it looked at. They stayed open late on a Friday to help us out! Then I find out it was the owners daughter's 1st birthday that same day! Such a great experience with this place. They reschedule and cancel your appointment last minute. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. It looks like they're always closed
