I love my dentist here and the visits are very fast. :) She is very experienced and professional and my teeth are looking beautiful and it’s only been a little less than a year! Customer support is 10/10, everything is 10/10.

Absolutely horrible from the waiting room being tiny everyone bumping into one another , and I had to be on the phone with insurance who clarified that I didn’t need to sign certain paperwork that the office was insisting I sign , my daughter has always had me in with the X-rays and they told me originally I could be in as she has dental anxiety sometimes even at her dental office I hold her hand per dentist to comfort her and with being told stay in waiting room I don’t know what all went on and I’m not comfortable with tha... read more

Wait times are extremely long. My appointment was at 1:00, I didn’t get called back until 2:00, and then waited over 30 minutes for the doctor to come in to see me. Everyone seems to be new at their jobs or still trying to figure out what to do next. I’m not sure how long this ortho has been opened, but I’m questioning if it’s a new office. Don’t too much think I’ll be returning.
