I’ve been a regular customer here for the past 3–4 years, usually coming in for shellac and pedicures. But honestly, the customer service has become really disappointing. The staff often speak their own language in front of customers, which feels unprofessional and uncomfortable. Today, I came in for a pedicure and shellac expecting to get the look I showed in the first picture, but what I ended up with was completely different. A hidden gem! I stumbled upon this location a month ago as I was in desperate need for a re-fill and they definitely did not disappoint! The staff was amazing from the moment I entered to the moment I left. This is also the first nail salon I discovered that genuinely cares about returning clients by introducing a loyalty point system that is very rewarding.
