Be prepared to pay for a second appraisal if using Travis Johnson from The Johnson Group, Appraisal & Real Estate Services! Unfortunately, our buyer’s mortgage lender assigned Travis to do the appraisal for their loan. His appraisal was so low that both our realtor and the buyer’s realtor, who are both top sellers in the area, called it ridiculous! My husband and I contacted Travis at The Johnson Group Appraisal and Real Estate Services about a home we wanted to purchase in Manchester, TN weeks in advance of the appraisal need. We set up and met Travis on the property on 9/28. As of this review (10/6), Travis has not delivered any appraisal or documentation, though the fees were charged to our account as agreed (paid on 9/28).
