To say that I am a TSYS/CPAY dissatisfied customer is an understatement. If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I've experienced countless issues with their *** Restaurant POS system from the day it was installed. Despite my numerous complaints over a period of 8 weeks, the company was either unwilling to fix the flaws/bugs in their system or just didn't know how. I had an account that was erroneously shut down and was refused to be validated; he did however state without a shadow of a doubt that we were based in *********; Mr. ************** refused to reverse the action that was taken. Incidentally he still insisted that the "IP address was located in China" as was our "Base Of Operations" This is clearly not the case, especially given the fact he stated we were based in the US. Rates are ridiculous. Charged their rate plus tons of fees and other non-qualified rates that end up doubling the bill. They talk you in circles when you call and ask about the hidden fees. 1 transaction gets hit with 3 different fees.

Do not go with Transfirst if you want to get paid. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this company has earned it. I was unable to process transactions on my virtual terminal and the web interface for hours while there site was down. Customers were leaving and there was no way to collect. Obviously, I wanted out of the partnership immediately so I could switch to a reliable merchant servicer and they insisted on charging my $500 early termination. Wow,,,, I wanted to submit my negative experience with this company. In an effort to save others from their "in my opinion" shady practices. And I am amazed to see all the negative reviews from others. I should have researched this before hand. I cannot believe they brag about their A+ rating with the BBB when all I see are negative reviews. And a lot of them stating the same complaints as I have had. This company is the card provider for my local dentist. I had dental work done on 11/8/2016 and put it on my debit card for $1,310.00. Transfirst proceeded to pull that same amount of out my account on 11/11 and again on 11/12 for a total of $2,620.00. It is now 11/29 and I still do not have the funds returned to my account. All i get from Transfirst is "we reversed it on 11/14/2016. So they have held my money for over 2 weeks collecting interest on it at my expense. I got a telephone call from someone I thought was trans first, my credit card company. They were showing me all sorts of stuff that I can find out using my data. Turned out that the company who called was not trans first but Womply, some app company, who said they only had the last 4 digits of the credit card numbers. They did discontinue this fancy service when I asked them, but I am concerned with how Womply got my information, and they still send my a monthly summary.
