This company takes advantage of the ignorance of the retailer about the costs they charge that none of the major processing companies charge. They started charging 99.50 yearly for what they said went into a fund for fraud and such. It went into their pockets. I did not get the yearly email about PCI compliance so I have been charged hundreds and the girl who works for me was not supposed to pay more than 99.50 yearly and they charged her for not being compliant. I had an account with them for over 10 years and they did fine until I wanted to cancel. I have tried to cancel our service with them for weeks. First I was on hold for over an hour and the lady said I needed to have my boss call to cancel. My boss is a very busy guy but I totally understood why they would need to talk to him. When we had a local agent it was great. As soon as our local agent left the company we have no service whatsoever. They started charging all of us $125 a month non-compliance fee. I have been on hold with the company two days in a row one day for 29 minutes, today so far for over 40 minutes. This company is horrible. I have been a customer for years....I signed on with ******** ********* which then merged with******...which then merged with TSYS. My services were phenomenal with ****************** and *****, but as soon a TSYS took over....well, they are just crooked. I was sent an email from ***** when the merge happened and was informed it would be a seamless transition and that I did not need to do anything. I get 3 free rolls of paper a month. However, instead of just sending my paper every month, they make you call every month. what a waste of my time, sitting on hold every single time, 30 minutes tonight!!!. They also WONT send more than 3 rolls EVEN if they owe it to you if you havent wasted your time ordering it from them and missed a month. Sad. Seriously! who is the penny pinching who decides policy? what ever happened to taking care of your customers?!?!

After I canceled my account back in Nov.2019 I was told to send back equipment to ************ which I did. The tracking from USPS says that package was delivered on 11/22/19 to ********* operation. I keep getting emails that if I don't return the equipment I will be charged $495 + $200. Today I called customer service with tracking number and was told they would get back to me. This has been time away from my business and I should at least get an apology from shipping and receiving.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. THIS YEAR I STARTED RECEIVING "FEDERAL WITHHOLDING" EVERY MONTH. Do not go with this credit payment payment processing company. They did not contact us at all when a customer disputed an order and just refunded the charge without any investigation to ask if it was a legitimate charge. Without investigating the charge back, our company lost $670. Central Payment allows thieves to steal from you. That customer changed their phone number and won't answer our calls. There's not much we can do but file a police report.
