Unprofessional & Wasted My Time
TSW runs a scam where they advertise vehicles at pricing too good to be true online to drive foot traffic. We called about a 2019 Yukon Denali posted on FB for $34,995 and they said it was on the lot and we should come see it. Arrive at TSW and the car is "at the owner's house, his wife is driving it" and of course they wanted us to look at other comparable vehicles that were priced much higher. That was a week ago - am still getting the same message from them when calling in that this mystery "wife" is driving the vehicle. ... read more
Terrible!! They had me drive all the way out here to Humble from Katy to tell me that the car I had been inquiring about for a week was sold. I had to get a babysitter for my newborn. l wasted my time and MONEY on gas. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
