I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep from them in February of 2024. We are now June. The fourth and I I'm still riding on paper tags they have failed call me and I have reached out 5 times to speak with a manager and still no call back till this day from a manager to explain to me they have failed to explain the reason why? Poor customer satisfaction 💯
they're nothing but FRAUDS, DISHONEST, LIARS, AND TIME WASTERS. THEY ALSO USE THE OLD BAIT & SWITCH. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!
Unprofessional & Wasted My Time
TSW runs a scam where they advertise vehicles at pricing too good to be true online to drive foot traffic. We called about a 2019 Yukon Denali posted on FB for $34,995 and they said it was on the lot and we should come see it. Arrive at TSW and the car is "at the owner's house, his wife is driving it" and of course they wanted us to look at other comparable vehicles that were priced much higher. Terrible!! They had me drive all the way out here to Humble from Katy to tell me that the car I had been inquiring about for a week was sold. I had to get a babysitter for my newborn. l wasted my time and MONEY on gas. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.
