Horrible, just flat out horrible customer service. It's like they don't even want to speak to you. Not helpful at all, I purchased a set of tsw wheels new and sealed from a small tire shop here in town (Houston) I opened the boxes to find that they wheels didn't come with center caps. Called the corporate offices of TSW because I could not find anyone knowledgable enough to help me locally. I have a hard to fit vehicle that no one has been able to help with. I called to see if a TSW wheel I like will work. I spoke to Ryan. He was very knowledgable and helpful with a great attitude. He was even aware of the type of brakes on my car, which no one else seems to know about. He guaranteed that the wheel I love would fit and told me what to order. Thanks, Ryan. Great service.
I spoke to Josh while considering ordering wheels. I wanted to know if the wheel would have a concave look as in the pictures on their website. Josh was very honest in explaining that for my fitment on my vehicle that there really wasn't much of the concave look. Josh was very informative and recommended another wheel in their line that would fit and give me the look I'm after! GO JOSH!
Ordered TSW rims and received very poor customer service. Local vendor couldn't obtain status from his contact and i call local warehouse and they said it was due to them relocating to a new warehouse. Spoke to Ryan and he was rude about it and did not provide tracking number for the rims. Customer service is poor!!! Wouldn't buy from them if i knew this was going to happen.
Ordered TSW wheels, was told the offset fit and it did not, once mounted; no refund nor does TSW even have a customer service department. I would not recommend TSW wheels simply due to poor customer service
Falls Advertising on the Mirabeau. I ordered 18x8 and they are not Concave wheels. Very dissatisfied with my purchase and the fact that they are non-refundable after mounting by the reseller.
