Love this place and always take family and friends when they come in town. The view is spectacular and the food the best!!
This restaurant basically pushes away parties of 8 or more. To make a reservation you have to pay a $35 deposit per person, which some people might not even spend. So, I didn't make a reservation. I walk in needing a table for 9 (I expected a wait), but the hostess said it would be 3 hours, and the restaurant wasn't even full. There are tables outside, but no service is offered. Every time I need my sushi fix, Tsunami is my restaurant of choice!! I ordered takeout this past Saturday thru my Waitr app and my service was the best! My order was ready on time and delicious as usual. I was greeted with a smile by the staff at the hostess counter. I'll probably be there again this weekend!!

Went to Tsunami for a late lunch this past Saturday afternoon with my wife, son (three years old) and our two friends along with their nearly three year old daughter. The food was outstanding and our waiter, Colin was as always, the best. Also, our meal was very reasonably priced. Tsunami has really stepped up their game over the last six months and has made a case for the best sushi experience in Baton Rouge.
