We had drinks with another couple, celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary. Our drinks were very good, bottled beer was slightly warm. Selection of Japanese Whiskies was above average, pricing of said whiskies was also a bit higher than expected. The rooftop bar and lounging area is unique in all of B.R. , the only thing that disappointed was the very loud music which made conversation at normal levels a bit hard to have. We really enjoyed our visit other than those minor discrepancies.
What's not to like? Superb location with the setting sun over the mighty Mississippi. Best food I have ever eaten in a Japanese restaurant with each delicious mouthful having a full spectrum of delicate and well balanced flavours, sometimes starting sweet and subtle, and ending sour and hot. The atmosphere is casual yet refined, and the staff, without exception, are friendly and helpful. The food is served quickly, but don't be in a hurry - three hours seems like one in this wonderful restaurant.
