Worst rental experience I've ever endured. House was filthy upon moving in, stunk of urine. AC was inoperable, refrigerator didn't work (ended up with spoiled food). 29 year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger that owner wanted repaired (had 3 companies come out before finally agreeing to replace it) I couldn't sleep in main bedroom for nearly a month (slept on couch in living room because of urine smell (which was determined to be human).
