Owner/manager in the Myrtle Beach on Kings hwy, was so rude to my wife and family, when we just asked a simple question about tshirt prices.....what ever happened to customer service!!! I'll take my business anywhere but here!! We went on down the strip just a few stores down to the "Lazy-Parrot" and they were very kind and helping....they got our business!
My wife and I went to store today (5th of July). 1st Place only has on register and long line. 2nd we had 2 transactions because I made my son by something for himself with his allowance money. I ask man at register if they honored a military discount. Showed him my ID for my son the he wouldn't give me 10% off for 2nd transaction. I didn't have the heart to put the rest of the items back and crush my family's heart. 1st transaction $20.00, 2nd on $90.00. I will NEVER go in the store again.
My grandson went in the shop on kings highway myrtlebeach. He was ttreated very badly by the man on the store. Due to no fault to my grandson he had 200 on his bank card he had no idea that an unauthorized purchase had been made without his permission. The man said he couldn't refund his money he told him he should know how much money he had to spend. He knew and the man was very disrespectful because he was 15 years. Do not shop at this locaton
Slippery. Be cautious. They promote giving "local discount." Look closely at your receipt. We just made a purchase, told cashier we were local. After reviewing receipt, he did not give discount and refused to refund the $15. Nobody could give us name or number of manager. Spent almost $400 at Cherry Grove location this week. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Went to the Tsunami Shop in North Myrtle & Broadway at the Beach.. I thought they were all good.. great apparel, good prices, great displays.. thanks so much and I hope to visit again in the near future..
