Tourist trap!! Nothing but junk in the middle of the city
Great selection and awesome staff. Check them out!
Felt very uncomfortable shopping here on Ocean Blvd. Employees standing on top of you while you shop, hiding behind clothes racks watching your every move. And standing in the middle of isle staring you down while you walk to the register. Never again
Store #11 in Myrtle Beach was one of the cleanest and well organized beach shops we have been into. The staff there were very helpful and pleasant. We don't write many reviews, so this impressed us.
The cashier had an attitude when I mentioned the sign said 40% off. She went to get someone (manager or assistant). He just reiterated that the shirts were only 20%. When I went back I noticed the sign (on the reverse side) in very small writing said shirts 20%. When I mentioned the cashier had an attitude he told me I was wrong and I should've apologized??? Wish i read reviews prior to going to kings highway and 11th ave. I don't hate them all. But the one on kings highway and 11th ave. Never again, very rude, bad english, gave a hassle for using credit card after i recently got married. The guy seemed bothered that we asked for help for an item locked up. Managers just as rude. The one at boardwalk is great, and so was broadway at beach, no problems or hassles, great service at those 2 locations more than eager to help no hassles. Will only go to those locations from now on.
Absolutely horrible service and staff. Went to the one on ocean Boulevard downtown Myrtle Beach. Bald headed manager lied about 20% off signs only being for " certain items" or the "fashion items". Said another lie about it being an "old sign". 20% off signs were EVERYWHERE in the store. Plastered ALL over the store but the ONE item I wanted, Noo. While I am not sure which item you were purchasing, I can confirm that we did have 20% sale on ladies fashion items as the manager stated, though this certainly should have been made clear to our customers. We are taking your review on these issues seriously and would hate to lose you as a customer.
Went to Tsunami at Ocean Isle Beach, was in hopes of getting some Oakley Aviators. They shop didn't close for another 39 mins and the guy at the register asked me "was I going to buy them", and I said "maybe, after I try them on". He told me "if you have to try them on, you'll have to come back in the morning". Ummmm..... NO! I went across the street and bought the same pair, cheaper I might add from a nice man at Evolution Skate Shop!
